Hi my name is Lisa. I’m a professional working mum to five wonderful kids (three adults, two teens). I’ve done several marathons, and I love keeping fit and active. I decided to join the #LoveYourself campaign because I wanted to do some photos to help boost my confidence. As Women and Mums, we are so hard on ourselves, and feel that we need to look a certain way, instead of embracing and loving who we are. We should be kind to ourselves. We get busy and don’t always put ourselves first, so it’s nice to give ourselves a little pampering. I’m a woman who supports other women. As we all should be. Compliment one another and give words of encouragement, and empower each other.
