At Studio81, we proudly offer a dedicated co-working space designed specifically for creatives and photographers. Within this vibrant space, you'll find co-working desks, hair and makeup stations, and two photography studios.
Step into our main photography studio, where you'll discover a blank canvas blessed with abundant natural light and ample space for all your photo and video productions, castings, workshops, and seminars. Embrace the possibilities of this versatile and inspiring environment.

To keep things simple we offer two memberships for photographers and creatives.
Flexi Package - $150/week
This weekly rate is perfect for those who need a flexible workspace, week to week subscription with no strings attached. You'll get access to a hot desk Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm, as well as unlimited WIFI. You'll also be eligible for a discounted rate of $40 per hour for hiring our main photography studio.
Residence Package - $280/week
Our Residence rate is perfect for those who need a more permanent solution. You'll get access to a hot desk Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm, as well as unlimited WIFI. You'll also get 8 hours of weekly use of our photography studio (bookings essential, first come first served). Our Residence package requires an initial 3 month commitment and there on is renewed on a monthly basis.
All prices are excluding GST.
*Photography studio hire can be Monday till Saturday 9am till 6pm. After hours hire will incur and additional $25/hour fee.
Casual Studio Hire
Pricing between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday
Half day (up to 5 hours): $350
Full Day (up to 10 hours): $600
Pricing after hours, including weekends
Hourly (minimum of 2 hours): $95
All prices are excluding gst

Hair and Makeup Chair Hire
We have three stations available for hire as a one-off or monthly hire.
Casual one-off hire:
$25/hour (minimum of 2 hours)
$150/day (up to 10 hours)
Membership:
$250/week - Dedicated station
Monday till Sunday, 9am till 6pm.
